We don't do general handyman work, and we don't touch structural framing around the opening; if the header or jamb is the actual problem, that's a carpenter's job, and we'll say so instead of pretending it's a door issue.
We also won't quote a repair over the phone with no diagnosis when the symptom could mean three different failures - a bent track and a broken spring can both look like "the door won't open," and guessing costs you more than a service call does.
If a part needed for an older opener or a discontinued panel style isn't something we can source in a reasonable window, we'll tell you that upfront rather than string the job along. Sometimes the honest answer is that replacement is faster and cheaper than waiting on a part for a door built decades ago. We'd rather lose that job than waste your week.
